Harrisburg AP Gov Shapp named two people Tuesday to fill incomplete terms in Clarion County sheriff and Schuylkill County controller positions left vacant by resignations. Bernard C. Lahr of Clarion would replace James L Cumberland as sheriff and Joseph John Wayne of Girardville would replace Metro Litwak as controller pending Senate confirmation.
