Police find a woman matching her description bought a Chicago ticket with a traveling bag at the station, hinting she may have left the area. Roberts, 25, 195 pounds, 5 feet tall, brown hair, gray coat, says she may have gone toward Alabama City, Alabama.
City officials considered a Washington firm proposal to survey electric rates and contest higher local costs.
