Jamestown jury sets Johnsons trial for February
The jury trial of John P. Johnson and his suer Rona ald Johnson, both of Ross Mills, on third degree assault charges, was tentatively scheduled for February 19 by Peace Justice Fred B. Strymle. Bail of 550 each was posted after pleas of not guilty, with allegations from Kenneth A. Goldin of Randolph about an altercation at the Johnson home.
