Montreal reports that a trans-Canada air mail service will soon begin, connecting Vancouver to Montreal within 24 hours in a summer inauguration. Mrs Helen Stafford widow of Geo re Stafford died early Saturday morning January 27 at her son Harry Staffords home and was buried in the family plot in North East cemetery. She leaves four sons Jay Wisie Lee and Harry Stafford a daughter Mrs Otis Caslor of Corry Pa and three grandchildren Merle Clair Gas ler and Frederick Staff ord. Funeral services were at Wilson funeral parlors Monday afternoon at 2:30 Rev Chas Holis forth in charge.
