A deferral ruling dismissed the complaint against the Jamestown Motor Bus Transportation Company, with Supreme Court Justice Lee Le Ottaway announcing the decision. In a prior decision, Mrs Norma Gates of West Ellicott was awarded 7500 against the same company after an accident on January 6 last year. The case arose from injuries when struck by a bus, and the ruling follows a December 10 award to Gates.
