Erie February 1 Dr Frank King a ologist and Dr Garnet Copter physician were named as co respondents in the divorce action of Frederick K Schmidt against Bertha B Scheidt Judge Rossiter in Erie county common pleas court granted the husband a final decree of divorce The marriage began January 14 1918 and Schmidt was drafted two weeks after the ceremony Witnesses testified the wife was intimate with Dr King and another physician In the Commerce Building at night they allegedly observed the couple entering a trance and leaving shortly after without acknowledging witnesses
