Two drivers escaped serious injury in a head on collision at East Main street and Pennsylvania avenue before noon today. Theodore Mowers, 44, Spring Creek, drove City Cab west when Carl Nelson, RD 1, Corry, turned left onto Pennsylvania, nearly colliding. Both vehicles suffered heavy damage. police investigate.
