Mrs Theresa Milford of Kane lost control on West Smith Street, slamming into a utility pole after sliding 48 feet. her car suffered about 250 dollars in damage with no pole damage and no injuries. At 7:20 pm Donald Stewart of Pleasant Street collided with Joseph Jarzynka of Kane at the East Main and Mill streets intersection after failing to stop at a stop sign. Jarzynka’s car sustained about 75 dollars in right front fender damage while Stewart’s car had none.
