Annual St John banquet and CAP dinner reported in Corry and Erie
The Corry Lodge No 365 and Columbus Royal Arch Chapter No 200 sponsored the St John’s Day banquet in Corry with about 40 members, directed by Mrs Mardine McCray. The Abbey Memorial Squadron 504 CAP held its annual dinner at Salvation Army Citadel with around 50 attendees. A newborn son joined Mr and Mrs Richard Wilcox of 141 Gould Street. Also notes on Hernando Cortes and early sugar industry.
