Erie, Dec. 30. The county grand jury may review the Erie board of education after its official report is filed Jan. 8. Probers reportedly found many of Director James E. Speed 10 charges well grounded and a 100 plus page report expected to cause city commotion. Missing $2,000 in building permit fees is cited as authentic, with one fee returned to the board coffers.
