Blood tests ruled out for paternity disputes in support cases
The Pennsylvania Superior Court split ruling bars blood tests to settle paternity in support cases. Justice J Calvin Wright led the majority with four others, while Justices Woodside Ergin Cait dissented. The case involved Robert J O'Brien seeking a paternity test to prove he is not the father of Richard, born to Adele O'Brien.
