Corry Girl Teaches English in Haiti for Seven Weeks
Goshen College sophomore Diane Stutzman of Corry completed seven weeks as an English teacher at the Episcopal Church School in Darbonne Haiti in mid December. She joined 17 fellow students in Haiti for a study service trimester, teaching 560 students and aiding 12 teachers while also distributing clothing donated by U.S. embassy workers.

Dearborn Police To Assist Drivers
Dearborn police and firemen will offer a free ride home to New Year’s Eve revelers who are too drunk to drive. Mayor Orville L. Hubbard says the city limits the service to Dearborn but hopes other communities join. This is the program’s second year to curb holiday accidents.
