Harrisburg AP reports the Scranton administration may end the fiscal year June 30 with over 90 million in unused revenue. Estimates show a budget surplus near 50 million, plus lapses around 16 to 18 million. World War II veterans bonus bond payments total 25 million next March 1, with 32.5 million due August 15, 1966. If surplus reaches 80 million, lapses total 16 million and bond money isn’t sunk, 1 million could be available for new or expanded uses in 1965-66.
