Husband Held on Bail as Wife Seeks Police Guard
Carmine Turco 30 was released on $4000 bail on charges of assault with intent to kill and aggravated assault and battery after allegedly slashing his wife June Turco and knocking down her mother Gloria Conway in Mrs Turco's apartment earlier this year. Authorities say Turco was extradited from Brooklyn after fleeing the scene.
