W A Parrish and wife of Cresson Pa were killed when their car was struck by a Pennsylvania Railroad freight train at a street crossing in Lock Haven. The couple were visiting their daughter Lorraine at State Teachers College for the holidays. The watchman says the driver did not heed the stop signal. the train dragged the car 200 yards before it hit a telegraph pole. Mrs Parrish died instantly and Mr Parrish died later at the hospital.
