An Erie man sues for at least 2500 damages from North American Van Lines of Fort Wayne Indiana over a car truck collision on West 12th street a year ago. Wayne Henderson alleges Juvan Ines truck was on the wrong side of the road and that his vehicle sustained 1640 dollars in damage. The suit was filed in Erie County Court by attorney Irving Murphy.
The Deel Report lists admits and discharges as of 7 a m. Admits include Luvtta Jackson 13 daughter of Eugene and unidentified mother at RD 4 Spartansbury and Freda Mortis with family on Vine Street. Discharges include Chiste Savio and daughter Cheryl Lee and Joseph Posty at West Pleasant street along with Mrs. Sam Mineo and Sylvia Allen of Union City.

William E. Marshall, 16, of Butler, died today from injuries after a five day old alito crash 10 miles south of Butler. He was a passenger in a car operated by John Krullac of Pittsburgh when the collision occurred near Robie on the date given.
Wilkinsburg council votes 7 2 to advertise a wage tax proposal. The plan will be publicized for 21 days before final action. The tax base was not specified. Burgess I W Stephens says the council also aims to cut the existing 16 mill real estate tax.
