Steel worker’s death ruled accidental in Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh police and homicide detectives say the death of Peter Kowalski, 34, a steel worker found on a hillside above Bigelow Boulevard, was an accident and discard an earlier homicide theory. The Associated Press report notes Kowalski’s body was discovered December 22 and the investigation focuses on accidental causes rather than foul play.
