ICANH December 21 four colored recruits from the C C Camp at Highland were bound over to court without bail on assault with attempt to rob and robbery charges. Cecil Black identified James Washington 17 of Pittsburgh as principal with Frank Tillery Richard Thomas and John McClendon also implicated. They were taken to Smethport jail for February term.

December 21 The National Re employment Service assigns men to CWA projects in Kane district. Start of work on the Kingwa Ban ton street highway connects links tomorrow with a crew of 12 men at work. A second crew of 12 will follow, with crews alternating weeks. Additional labor is expected.

Forestry Road Work Expands Across Districts
Fifty men will start on a forestry road near Darint City tomorrow morning drawn from local registries. Bradford central office will mail notifications.
