Delay Hearing For Escapees From Jail
A post conviction hearing for Gary M. Davenport and Billy W. Walls, two men who escaped Venango County Jail in 1968, was continued to a later date. Davenport, 19, of Franklin, and Walls, 32, of Union City, appeared before Judge William E. Breene. Both remain in state custody.
