Northwestern counties seek state federal aid for highways
Northwestern Pennsylvania officials from six counties urged state and federal aid to accelerate highway and related projects in spring. A nine member committee will draft petitions to obtain immediate construction funds from the Commonwealth and Federal Government, with a push to use local labor and limit out of county contracting. Attendees included officials from Forest Crawford Venango McKean Warren and others.
