In Jacksonville Fla Mrs C R Frazier killed Miss Winona Murrell 27 a secretary to Pragier chief of the narcotics bureau outside the federal building after claiming in jail she took her husband and children and now the secretary as well. Police reported she handed the pistol to an officer and exclaimed she was “proud” of the act.
