Priands in the city received a Jamestown message that Mrs W O Arter, longtime resident of the city, died early this morning after a sudden illness. She is survived by her husband and one son Percy and three daughters Carrie, Mrs George Sisson, and Mrs Maude Chidester. Funeral will be held in Jamestown and time to be announced.
