Former Boxer Dick Tiger Dies at 92 in Enuga Nigeria
Former world boxing champion Dick Tiger died of a liver ailment at 92 in Enuga Nigeria. Born Richard Thetu in Amaigho Orlu he won the middleweight title twice and the light heavyweight crown, earning multiple Fighter of the Year honors and an OBE. Man Killed Cleaning Gun in Millcreek

EPA to require basic treatment for most industrial discharges
Washington AP The Environmental Protection Agency plans a nationwide standard requiring secondary treatment or its equivalent for virtually all industrial discharges into navigable waters even where states do not demand it. EPA says regional directors will apply the minimum to all permits, with stricter controls where needed to meet state water standards. This marks the first official nationwide industrial-treatment standard by EPA.

Living God of the Piano Honored in Paris
