Lnesston winson of Lemware Street was arrested at 2 15 AM by Constable Patter and Officer Goodman on warrants issued by Alderman G 7 Gordon for assault and battery and for breach of the peace. Masson offered no resistance and was locked up awaiting a hearing. Mrs Mason showed injuries including a swollen mouth and a cut on the head following a blow. A previous unacted complaint led to police criticism. The arrest followed the formal charges and was to proceed before Alderman Gordon today.
