Maryland Nabs 4 PLCB Agents At Stake-Out
Four Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board agents were arrested during a Maryland stake-out near the Conowingo Dam as Cecil County deputies acted after reports of intimidation of local liquor stores. The four were released on $59 bonds as hearings set for Dec. 31 in Elkton.
