Testimony from crash witnesses meteorologists and a tape recording of cockpit conversations indicated turbulent weather caused the Braniff Airlines crash near Falls City Nebraska. Thirty eight passengers and four crew members died in the flaming wreck as CAB investigators set the time at 11 12 p m. The taped voices were identifiable and supported the breakup in severe turbulence on a flight from Kansas City Missouri.
Educational television is slated for launch in northwestern Pennsylvania next June. A $33,000 federal grant, expected to pave the way for a mid year inauguration, was announced by Robert J.
