Philly Seeks Crackdown On Phony Traffic Tickets
Harrisburg chief Walsh urges new law to end issuing tickets to motorists not in Philadelphia. He cites roving vehicles, misread license numbers, dirty plates and officer distractions as causes. He says abolition of nonston tickets would curb affidavits falsely claiming presence in the city.

Railroads Fire Court Petition Contempt clash with unions
Joseph W Ramsey of the IAM says the union will contest the petition but will not elaborate. Six shop crafts were in the November 93 strike call but three representing boiler makers and others reached agreements before the deadline. The unions followed the presidential emergency board recommendations and negotiated with Wirtz after departing Chicago for Washington. The railroads have settled with eight of eleven nonoperating unions and all five operating unions within the board pattern while three show unions resist beyond that pattern.

May Attempt To Separate Siamese Twins
Tests will be made to learn if dry Siamese twin girls joined from chest to navel can be separated. They are daughters of Mr and Mrs John Webber Jr of Ray City. A pediatrician rode in an ambulance to Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. an accident occurred as the ambulance entered Houston, injuring the driver. The doctor and babies were unhurt. The mother, Ann, 92, was reported in good condition.
