Wattsburg Man Faces Arrest In Road Incident
A Wattsburg man, Robert Delather of Wesleyville, is cited in a charge under the motor vehicle code for failing to keep to the right and yield to signaling traffic. Delather says he was following a truck on Wattsburg road when he was forced to trail for about nine miles after horn signals to pass were ignored. Charles King of Wesleyville testified to the event.
