United Press dispatch from London reports Romanian forces reorganizing in northern Romania near Bucharest. The plan anticipates gathering equipment and reinforcements, with reestablished military strength and renewed heavy fighting expected as the situation develops.

Hospital reports in the afternoon indicated authorities were assessing the injury.
A. M. Carurike, a tannery employee at the forward plant, lost most of his right hand in an afternoon accident with a stripping machine. He stood with the hand in the working path, diverted attention, and the pedal started the machine. He was taken to the hospital for immediate treatment.
New York reports Madison Square Garden sold at auction to the New York Life Insurance Company for 2,000,000 dollars. The venue had long hosted prize fights and major events in the city. Funeral services for a local figure were noted, with many relatives attending.
