Willman Named Assistant Division Coordinator at Penelec
Ronald K. Willman of Northeast has been named assistant division coordinator of customer and budget service at Penelec. A US Air Force veteran and Penn State Extension alum, he began at Penelec in 1946 as a utility worker at Oil City and rose through roles in property records and testing before transferring to Erie in 1972. He has led Corry and Erie operations and held leadership positions in local civic and fraternal groups. He is married to Luella C. Perry and has no children.
