State Attorneys General Push for Mandatory Death Penalty

CORONADO Calif APstate attorneys general may urge legislatures to draft bills imposing a mandatory death sentence for specified crimes. A 11 state committee, chaired by Oklahoma AG Larry Derryberry, urged reinstating capital punishment and considered offenses like murder during felonies armed robbery rape burglary arson kidnapping and killings of public figures.
