In a second birth a son was born Wednesday evening to Mr and Mrs Stuart Ball of Smithfield Texas, the mother the former Joan Byrd of Akron Ohio. paternal grandparents are Mr and Mrs L B Ball of Columbus. A daughter was born early yesterday at Corry Memorial Hospital to Mr and Mrs Dennis Cone address 43 West Columbus Avenue, the mother the former Gayle Eshelman. A daughter was born yesterday morning at Corry Memorial Hospital to Mr and Mrs William Snyder of R D 3 Corry, the mother the former Shirley Turner.

Martha Circle Meets With Mrs Sarnicki at First United
The Martha Circle of the First United Methodist Church met at Mrs. Stanley Sarnicki’s West Smith Street home with 10 members. Devotions on The Christmas Story were led by Mrs. Henry Rockman. In charge of the business session was chairman Mrs. Vernon Gutz. Mary Circle members will visit shut ins and deliver Christmas gifts in December. Attendees urged to attend the United Methodist Women general meeting at the church Monday evening led by Mrs. Edmund Barr and Mrs. Irvin Young. Stockings for the Christmas askings were distributed and to be returned at the general meeting. Mrs Barr presented a program and read a story Gift Giving, with games and refreshments arranged by the hostess and Mrs. Arthur Crowell.

Yale Program For Corry Grange Meet
John Decker was in charge of the Corry Grange meeting at Grange Hall Park street. A donation to the Salvation Army was voted. Erie County Seventh Degree Club will meet at 8 PM in Grange Hall Edinboro. The program theme Keeping Christmas Merry featured songs, decorations, a Christmas Card to You, a discussion on keeping Christmas merry by keeping it safe, poetry, readings, and tableaus. Refreshments were served. next meeting December 16 will host the annual Christmas party and $1 gift exchange.
