U N Delegates Case for East West Space Cooperation
UNITED NATIONS N.Y. AP I delegates hailed two US Soviet agreements on science cooperation in space and economic benefits of disarmament while warning progress on disarmament itself remains limited. The plan calls for joint use of Earth satellites, weather forecasting and magnetic field mapping, with 1964–65 set for coordination and launches under the international cooperation drive led by Kennedy and Khrushchev.

Warren Woman Injured In Train And Auto Collision
A Warren woman, Edna Bearfield, was seriously injured in a car train collision at a New York Central grade crossing west of Warren. She was taken to Warren General Hospital in serious condition after her car was struck by a 22-car freight train. she was ejected and hit a gas meter house before landing. The engineer was W. H. Schilenbere of Dunkirk.

Kennedy Backing Stevenson Amid U N Career Uncertainty
The White House said President Kennedy's letter to Adlai Stevenson at the United Nations arrived around noon Wednesday.
