Snow disrupting sixth grade spelling contest and local events
Snow drifts stalled the St. Thomas School sixth grade spelling trip planned for Saturday. Corry area roads were passable at times but high winds buried county roads and a plowed highway. Sister Mary Urban said the team will be rescheduled. An adult agriculture class at Corry Area High School will discuss selecting cleaning repairing and servicing electric motors with Richard Maloney leading the talk. Paw Orner invited all to attend the 8 p.m. class.
