Man pleads guilty to sodomy charges in Alderman court
Elmer J. Dygert, 50, pleaded guilty to sodomy involving a 15 year old boy in Alderman MecTam phan’s court and also admitted a new sodomy charge involving Donald Curtis, 20, who denied the charges. A hearing for Curtis to be scheduled after he contacts a lawyer was set. Dygert’s hearing was canceled.
