A 29 year old Corry driver Harlan Taylor was arrested after his car hit Harold Hicks vehicle at West Washington Mund avenue then rammed into the rear porch of Ronald Miles home at 423 West Washington. Taylor fled but was found at his Grand Street residence. Alcohol test results await. Taylor faced a hearing before a local alderman.
