Fire department investigates a Wednesday fire that killed Waite, 0, and injured Wayne Kenney, 48, at a St. Vincent street dwelling. Kenney remained hospitalized in serious condition with burns and inhalation injuries. investigators suspect a cigarette started the blaze in Kenney's third floor room.
