In Dunkirk a 16 year old boy, Noy W-Nicholas Linet, was shot in the afternoon while walking near To furl Road. The bullet struck his hand as he passed Chai Ertel of Liypl Street. Ertel reportedly fired as another group of youths walked toward Cassian Wonds. The injured boy was taken to Broukn hospital and listed in serious condition.
