Washington Aug 31 The Hamburg American ship Hamburg has been chartered to carry Red Cross hospital units and officials to Fura. An American officer will command and retired U S Navy men will man her. The vessel will sail Saturday, wearing a white hull with red cross markings and U S ensigns. The French and British embassies will respect its neutrality.
