Vandalism at Plymouth School leads to suspended sentences
Two 14 year old youths admitted to extensive vandalism at Plymouth School south of Ash tabula receive suspended 90 day sentences to Lake County Juvenile Home and probation after agreeing to five days of community cleanup. They must write letters of apology and 300 word essays on respect for others property within 15 days. Assistant superintendent Harry Bowen sets damages at 10000 dollars. no prior offenses. The youths had no previous records, per Judge Joseph Mallone.
