Retrial Ordered for Man Who Taught Himself Law
Pittsburgh July 24 28 year old man who taught himself law in prison will be retried next month on charges for which he has already served ten years. He won temporary freedom last March after challenging alleged irregularities in court. Judge Frank P Patterson ordered the retrial noting the US Supreme Court did not see the defendant at the bar.

Man in Crisis After Slaying His Niece
Johnstown Pennsylvania Aug 34 Martin J Mayer a factory superintendent reacted in grief to the death by suicide of his 30 year old son Arthur after the boy allegedly killed his nine year old niece Barbara Jean Abert.
