Frie autoist held to blame for fatality
Patsy Lucianin was charged with involuntary manslaughter after a coroner verdict found him negligent in a June 17 auto truck crash near Kearsarge that killed 57-year-old Mrs. Anna Patton of Meadville. Testimony cited a worn left front tire and debate over the truck’s condition. Lucianin testified the tire blew about 200 feet away and that more distance could have prevented the crash.
