Three injured as car upsets near Oil City
In Moraury Aug 24 three persons two girls and a man were injured when their car left Pleasantville road between Beers Camp and Grandview road about 1 AM. Julia Coogan 24 owner suffered bruises and shock Helen Maher 24 Liverly most seriously injured rushed to hospital in delirious condition Paul Miller described extent. Car appeared mechanically fine. Miller reportedly mistook a bend for Grandview road and the vehicle veered off pavement rolling into a ditch after skidding about 50 feet.

Buffalo Man Hurt In Crash Near Kane Junction
Emill Gardner of Buffalo was seriously injured in a head on collision on Roosevelt highway near Kane Junction. He rode as a passenger in a Bradford man’s car, with another vehicle driven by a Parkers Landing man. Gardner's condition included possible skull fracture, and photographs were taken to determine the extent of injuries. A report was filed with the Smethport state police sub-station.
