The Board of Viewers hearing the Erie County Redevelopment Authority acquisition of the American Legion property on First Avenue reportedly will file an award around $17,000. The award covers property and equipment, relocation and legal fees, and personal property, exceeding the Authority’s original $13,345 offer. Local weather notes followed, with a mix of clouds giving way to blue patches and cooler temperatures in the 30s.
