Collier protested his innocence and faces a hearing at Hotel Blue Bonnet with Joseph Dresciman at 10 am.
Louis Miller aged 99 died suddenly at 2 18 pm yesterday at his daughter Mrs Are vii Edwards home in Titusville where he had lived for 12 years. Born July 9 1871 he was son of Ferry and Henrietta Miller in Concord Township Erie County. He married Elva Jane Howe on March 28 1895 at Lincolnville. she died November 18 1932. He was a farmer and Methodist Church member, survived by four children Ernest Edwards Thelma Tuer and Litin Howe plus a half sister. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 pm at Peterson Bowers Funeral Home Titusville with Rev Cassis Armitage officiating. interment Mt Pleasant Cemetery Union City.
