Pittsburgh August 22 Many of the two month old allegheny county rum ring indictments have confessed to District Attorney John D Meyer and prohibition administrator Joh D Pennington. The confessions indicate many suspects will plead no defense and accept fines and sentences. Alfred W Forney was sentenced to 3000 and six months in jail for conspiracy to violate the prohibition law after pleading no defense.

A plate 20-037 was linked to the doctor’s vehicle and a sighting failed to locate the car. The suspect spoke to the doctor at his office late Monday night asking to treat his wife in a secluded area. the doctor, wary, asked his father to accompany him on the trip.
