Deathbed claim in Waterford man death at Erie club
Erie detectives investigate the death of James McNally 62 of Waterford who on a dying statement said he was pushed through a window at the Crystal Lounge. Police say he collapsed at Hamot Hospital after a fall at the lounge. Witnesses dispute the account saying he slipped and hit his head.
