Fast boat built at Warren claims 100 mph speed
Warren Aus. A local inventor showcases a unique motor propeller design in Fairchild and Bolte shops. The cylindrical blades, two closely spaced, drive on boll bearings with gear action. He asserts water not used in propulsion will pass through without blades obstruction, enabling speeds between 75 and 100 miles per hour if factory tests and river trials succeed before shipping to Chautauqua Lake.
