Martin McIntyre Bradford labor leader was arrested near Lewis Run and held on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence after a car he allegedly operated struck a girl on the highway left side and injured her severely. State Police reported the incident on the Lewis Run Custer City highway at 8 30 pm as the car careened and struck the girl who was waiting on the berm. The girl, daughter of Mr and Mrs Harry Strand, was rushed to Bradford Hospital in satisfactory condition.
