Scores of farmers are expected to attend the Erie County Farmers Picnic at Lake LeBoeuf Park near Waterford next today. Counsel for Conservator Appoints Rossiter as Legal Advisor
ERI Aug 16 reports Semel Rossiter appointed attorney for the conservator of Second National Bank to aid Anthony Keim who was named conservator by the federal comptroller of currency to succeed Franke Wallace. Rossiter says he will not comment and Keim must issue statements. The bank plans to resume operations before Sept 1, closing since March 3. Rossiter, known trial and corporate lawyer, is son of Judge Rossiter, and also counsels for the Pennsylvania Railroad.
